1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 2jbat ("2jbat", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 2jbat.vip, including all products, services, content, features, and functionality offered therein (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the 2jbat website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with the 2jbat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of 2jbat Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that:

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with 2jbat. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your email address and password. You agree to notify 2jbat immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 2jbat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

2jbat reserves the right to request identity verification documentation ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2jbat accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All PKR-denominated deposits are credited to your 2jbat account in Pakistani Rupees without currency conversion.

4.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The standard minimum deposit via JazzCash and Easypaisa is PKR 500. Minimum deposits for bank transfers and cryptocurrency methods are higher and are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier section.

4.3 Deposit Processing

2jbat will make commercially reasonable efforts to credit deposits to your account promptly upon confirmation of receipt. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically processed within seconds to five (5) minutes. Processing times for bank transfers and cryptocurrency deposits may be longer due to third-party processing requirements.

4.4 No Credit

2jbat does not extend credit to any player. All wagering must be funded from cleared deposits or eligible bonus balances in your 2jbat account.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for the available real-money balance in your account. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. You must have completed any applicable KYC verification before a withdrawal will be processed.

5.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals are returned to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. 2jbat reserves the right to require withdrawal to the same method used for deposit as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations. PKR withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are the primary withdrawal routes for Pakistani players.

5.3 Processing Times

2jbat aims to process approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume, platform maintenance, or where additional verification is required. 2jbat will not be held liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. 2jbat reserves the right to pay large withdrawal amounts in instalments over a reasonable period.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers available at 2jbat are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the stated criteria for each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any portion of a bonus or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• 2jbat reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated play to circumvent bonus terms, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings and may result in account closure.
• In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules governing individual games, sports betting markets, and betting products are available within the relevant sections of the 2jbat platform. General rules applicable to all gaming activities include:

• All bets and wagers placed on 2jbat are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet before confirming it.
• 2jbat reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error.
• Winnings are credited to your 2jbat account balance automatically upon settlement of the relevant game round or event.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, the 2jbat platform records shall be the definitive reference point, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed at the point of wagering.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jbat platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using the Services if you are under 18 years of age.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with sports betting or casino games.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Accessing or using the Services in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the 2jbat platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

2jbat is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 2jbat account.
• Loss Limits: Automatic gaming pauses triggered when your net loss in a defined period reaches your pre-set threshold.

• Self-Exclusion: An immediate account lock available for a minimum period of twenty-four (24) hours up to a permanent exclusion. 10. Account Suspension & Closure

2jbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• There is a reasonable belief that the Terms have been breached.
• A player has requested self-exclusion.
• A player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• The account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory requirement.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering is suspected.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the player, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 2jbat platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, game titles, and the compilation thereof, is the property of 2jbat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content from the 2jbat platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written consent from 2jbat.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbat and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.

2jbat does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Privacy

2jbat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments

2jbat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 2jbat will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jbat is incorporated. In the event of any dispute between you and 2jbat arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
